For this special edition, we have chosen the new restaurant Sa Vida Madridthe long-awaited opening in the capital of the acclaimed Ibizan gastronomic project.

With a proposal based on quality products and creativity in the kitchen, Sa Vida is the perfect place to pair Ibizkus wines. Ibizkus with a cuisine that breathes Mediterranean in every dish. Ibizkus will transport us to Ibiza with its selection of wines made with native varieties such as Monastrell and Malvasia. We will discover its emblematic fresh and expressive rosé, its characterful reds and vibrant whites.

All this guided by David Lorenzo, winemaker and technical director of Ibizkus, who will share his passion, experience and vision of viticulture on the island.
